Who can benefit from Priority Technical Support?

Customers of Abyss Web Server X2 are entitled to priority technical support during 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase and as long as their update protection is still valid.

If you are a user of Abyss Web Server X1, or if you have not extended your Abyss Web Server X2 update protection, please send your question to Standard Technical Support.

For a fast and accurate answer, it is recommended to:

  • Give us as much information as you can about your problem. Please avoid sending emails with sentences such as "It doesn't work".
  • Remember that we cannot see what is running or installed on your computer. So let us know about any special configuration detail you may have on your system: for example, if you have a firewall, do not forgot to mention it.
  • Attach the abyss.conf file to your email. This file is located in the Abyss Web Server installation directory. It contains all the configuration of the software so there is no need to send us screenshots of the console.
  • Send us any error message that you may have encountered.
