Error 503 service unavailable from 127.0.0.1

I have installed the Abyss webserver on my Windows Vista Home edition and when i configure and connect to the default 8000 port. I end up getting.

Error 503 service unavailable from 127.0.0.1

Vista is strange, make sure you installed it as administrator and that you run the server as administrator.

I’ve heard that the Windows Vista Home edition can be tricky at times but I am sure that the Error 503 when trying to configure and connect to the default 8000 port, must be something else and you will get a solution for it from the support team here who is doing wonderful job!!

Thank you. I downloaded the fix and installed it.
Unfortunately there was not change at all.
I still get "Trading server unavailable".
