I have installed the Abyss webserver on my Windows Vista Home edition and when i configure and connect to the default 8000 port. I end up getting.
Error 503 service unavailable from 127.0.0.1 |

Vista is strange, make sure you installed it as administrator and that you run the server as administrator. _________________ Where have i been? School got heck-tick, had to move half way around the state, then back... and then i had to change jobs, so iv been away for a while :P |

I’ve heard that the Windows Vista Home edition can be tricky at times but I am sure that the Error 503 when trying to configure and connect to the default 8000 port, must be something else and you will get a solution for it from the support team here who is doing wonderful job!! _________________ credentials |

Thank you. I downloaded the fix and installed it.
Unfortunately there was not change at all.
I still get "Trading server unavailable".
