Multi user control panel

Hi all,

Does abyss support mult-user access to the console? My first guess after looking around is no, but wanted to check. I'd like to give a user access to modify settings for his/her domain.

If not, I think I'm going to write a web based interface that will modify the abyss.conf file, but my question is restarting the server to load the new settings. What is the most generic way of reloading the settings.

I checked out the html code that does a restart;
INPUT CLASS="wbutton" TYPE="SUBMIT" NAME="/hosts/host@5/edit/aliases/restart" VALUE="Restart" ID="_hosts_hostQ5_edit_aliases_restart"

And this looks like it is targeted toward the section that was changed. Is there a more generic way?
