Yet another aspell problem

Hello it's been awhile and here is my problem

I'm running Abyss Web Server X1 (v 2.4) runs good and it has been more then a year now with no problems but I tried to install aspell on my forum SMF version 1.1.5 and I get the errors in my cgi log

CGI: ["C:\Program Files\PHP5\php-cgi.exe" index.php ] URI: /index.php?action=spellcheck Broken pipe

I downloaded the aspell from here http://www.nosq.com/blog/2005/07/aspell-0603-for-win32/

Went by everything said there and also here too http://www.oblius.com/blog/view.php?ID=116
I have the extension enabled in my php-ini and did everything I could find searching this site and other to no avail.

I can enter aspell at the command prompt and it works but it don't seem to work all the way plus I get the ol error 500 too

Thanks for any help I spent the better part of my saterday trying to fix this!
