Hi,
These might be really amaturish questions, please forgive...
1) If I tried the server, would my computer have to be always powered (meaning, could I shut it off) and would the site still show?
2) I have existing web sites. How many sites can the server store/display?
3) Really silly question... why is this service free..?
4) Can I upload an access d-base?
That's about it for now.... |

1.) Yes you need power to drive your site. No power, no site.
2.) As many as your bandwidth can handle *though* Abyss has no support for multiple domains at the moment. Check this link for a workaround: http://www.aprelium.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1081
3.) Free is usually the best option in acquiring both a user group and a way to help tighten your code from user support. Many reasons can drive this kind of offer but for Abyss in particular this question is best left to Aprelium.
4.) Not sure about DBase. I never played with it but maybe Aprelium can better provide insight to this one too.
Good luck :) _________________ Victor B. Gonzalez

You should use/write a script written in PHP or ASP to access that DBase database. Abyss Web Server does not connect to databases directly. _________________ Support Team
