Posting here because there is no ISAPI section. We are considering switching to Abyss Professional from the server process we've been using for some 20 years BUT ONLY if we can successfully run ISAPI projects built with Delphi XE2 + Intraweb. Everything we've tried results in Error 500 and we don't use pooled threads and buffers. We just created a simple "Hello, World" app and it too gets a 500.
If anyone has successfully executed Delphi-generated ISAPIs with Abyss, please contact me at jclancy@billtrak.com.
Lacking some feedback in the very near term, we're moving on. |

Will do so a bit later today as soon as I come up for air. I'm also working with Atozed on this issue. |

The issue seems to be related to the fact that the DLL is 32-bit while using Abyss Web Server installed in 64-bit mode.
Unfortunately, for 32-bit DLLs to run fine on 64-bit OSes, you'll have to install Abyss Web Server in 32-bit mode (this will make a minor difference in speed but that's not a big issue for most use cases.)
To do so, run the installer of Abyss Web Server on your 64-bit OS and be sure to select the 32-bit version on the component choice dialog of the installer.
Please let us know if that worked for you. _________________ Follow @abyssws on Twitter
