I need to know if abyss save the transfered data when computer , restart ,or abyss ws restart , or it reset when i restart my computer ?

Abyss has 4 sets of variables for transfer:
Total transfered data.
Total transfered data in this host.
Total transfered data since last reset.
Total transfered data in this host since last reset.
So yes, it does.

It is not reset. It accumulates through runs until you decide to reset it using the console.

No it is saved in persist.data.
