I decided to set abyss as a service, so i wouldn't have to run it each time. I tried 127.0.0.1 on port 10002 (my console is on 10002) and it wouldn't display, nor would it on port 999. My server is running fine, but i just can't access my console
also, i can't open it via the start menu shortcut. if i try to open it, it says:
cannot listen to the console port |

Abyss is already running and presumably on a port you have not set or it is also causing a listening error. Disabled the service and start it manually, reconfigure the console port then re-enable as a service and all should be well. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

I have the same problem, but I don't really need to see that little console. I just do everything from a remote computer on the network anyways. The server is an older broken laptop n the screen is messed up and it basically needs to sit in a fridge since all the fans burnt out. |
