This means that the file you refer to in the ACTION parameter of the FORM is not declared as a script or executable in Abyss Web Server.
If you are using a Perl script to process the form input, have you declared Perl as explained in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/perl.html ?
If the problem persists, please post here the <FORM ....> line contents (in your HTML page). _________________ Support Team

I got an error 404, page not found when trying: http://pengui.no-ip.info/signup.cgi
Are you sure the page exists?
Is it in another directory? _________________ Please SEARCH the forums BEFORE asking questions! |

signup.cgi is likely to be written in Perl. So have you added Perl support in Abyss Web Server (http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/perl.html)? _________________ Support Team

I just now getting this same error message "405". I have been using AHTML in conjunction with Abyss for over two years and never had this issue before until today. If you go to http://akronbackups.tzo.com/support.htm and just fill out any thing in the fields then click the submit button it should post to this page http://akronbackups.tzo.com/support_acknowledge.asp and get the "405 Method not allowed".
Can't figure it out as it was working fine up until today.
Any thoughts anybody?
Thanks |

Never mind folks - I fixed it. I had switched my port forwarding to the wrong machine.
Silly me :) |
