				| Im new to this and not sure what it means or how to do it but i was told that i dont have to do it in windows.
CHMOD csPost.cgi to executable (CHMOD 755)

so i payed it no attention and continued editing the csPost.cgi file in notepad. i saved it after i was done but when i go to my browser in netscape and type in the url to go to that file it tried to download it instead of opening it. i know i have the directory and urls setup right. heres wat it says to do

Open csPost.cgi in your web server to enter the management system.
 (Example: http://www.yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/csPost/csPost.cgi)

				| Pookie,
Abyss provides the file for download because you have not configured it to execute .cgi files as scripts.

Please refer to the instructions in http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/perl.html to install Perl support (most .cgi files are actually Perl scripts). Once Perl is installed and configured, retry browsing your script.
