I am looking for some documentation on setting up abyss for content negotiation....
Does anyone have any pointers?
This site explains exactly what i am trying to do but only covers apache/iis.

You can achieve similar results by tweaking the script listed in http://www.aprelium.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=46856#46856 . The script in its current form provides a mod_rewrite-like feature but it can be extended to handle content negotiation by looking to the Accept header and acting accordingly.
