every time i have to reboot, i have to change the port that my site goes out on ( http://electric-smoothie.sytes.net ) and its getting annoying going from 80 to 1024 (those are the only thta work) i get a listening problem and switch, can anyone fix this?

Download and run CurrPorts to see what is using that port.
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html
Once you find out what it is, either disable it or uninstall it. |

Are you sure you haven't two instances of Abyss Web Server running (one as a system service in the background and one launched at session startup)?
