IP Address Problem

There is probably an easy solution to this but I am just missing it. I can only access my website by going to http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1. I have read about how your supposed to be able to access your website by http:// (your wan ip address). I have a DNS (no-ip.org) pointing to my IP address but there is nothing to point to. Am I doing this right? Any help would be appreciated.

OK, Well, you do it like this: http://YOURIP/ to load a web page, and do you have a static IP address? (meaning your ip DOESN'T change!)

Actually dynamic means it DOES change... Static is non changing.

Nice except you need to change the division rate number to make the bar fit inside the table. Apart from that its fine.
