Hi i beleive i may be making a mistake myself but im not sure.
I used to have Abyss 1 installed and it worked fine, i then upgraded to 2.x
then i was offline for about a month, finally figured out the problem and it was with my IP forwarding. It was not working correctly with the ports.
Now i cannot connect to my home computer from work ??
I am using port 8080.
i would give my address http://shadowman.myftp.org/
it would change to http://shadowman.myftp.org:8080/
and then again to http://a_bunch_of_silly_numbers:8080/
Any ideas on why this could be happening ?? |

A server at your workplace may be blocking ports other than 80 to stop spyware and viruses. Ask your network admin (if you have one) if thats the problem. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)
