This is really a great scipt works flawless.
It`s very customizeble.(bad english sorry)

A guest book would requrie probobly a database (not always though). Html could not hand that. Perl or Php would be sufficent.
If you don't hav thease, then check out you uses manual or go to http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/ and check out the links on the side on how to install them. For the scripts, check http://hotscripts.com or what DeDreun said.

Well.. if you don't mind to have a few ads on your guestbook then you sould get a www.bravenet.com account. Plus they just host it for you so you don't need a database. They also offer lots more stuff.
