Take a look at my hard disk! If you don't defrag your hard disk regularly then I suggest you do it now! I wondered why my computer was running so slow......http://www.freewebs.com/richardyork/fragmented_hd.jpg

OMG! I have to admit, I have never seen a hard drive that fragmented before!
