 If so there's a free POWER TOY you can download to make your folder of pictures into a web ready photo album.

				| I, on the other hand, don't understand your comment, "i dont seem to get the programs suggested." For playing around with some excellent and free software, once again I recommend JAlbum:

 Once you've downloaded and installed that program, please see its tutorial index page:

 ...especially the topic on that page:
 
 "Publish an album
 Put your album on the web for others to see."
 
 This software is designed expressly so you can do what I think you want to do, with lots of special-effect options. Could you elaborate on your "don't...get" statement for me?
