File uploads - HTTP 500 - Internal server error

Hi, I was using the following ASP script to upload files to my server- http://www.freeaspupload.net/ it was working yesterday but today all I am getting is an error saying the following-

HTTP 500 - Internal server error
Internet Explorer

I have uninstalled everything to do with the server and installed Abyss again and set up ahtml again. I'm still getting the error. I have tried a simple ASP script that just tells me the server time and that worked so ASP must be working.

Also, can anyone reccomend an alternative file manager or file uploader script that is free? It would be good if abyss had one built in.
