ever hear of frames?

Simple 2 page fram split, top frame and a main frame.

top fram you put your stuff for the ads, so that its only done once and not loaded per page.

main frame is where the rest of your changing websiite will appear.

If you have dreamweaver, you will beable to make up the frameset from a predefined set of them.

Frames is not understood by many people, you say frames, they shout css back at you, I say bull and frames saves your bandwidth as you build your site from many different pages, css is programming per page, totally different.

I am setting up a web hosting service and wanted to know if there was any way of doing this without any extra pages in the account. This way can be easily bypassed by opening the page directly and it is more complicated for the novice user. Is there any AUTOMATIC way of doin it?
