 Are you using Abyss with FileDaemon? Do you stop Abyss with an external utility?
 Can you post here some (short) examples of these log lines?

 The problem is caused by the way these programs kill Abyss. Since the next release will support running as a service, you'll no more need these utilities and the problem won't happen.
