Ok i can only get poople that live arround here connect to my server. I think it might be only my state but im lost and cant figure it out. I live in the state of LA and need help can some one help me please i would really appreciate it.

no i have cable others have dsl with 2different companies.
I have a router but i set server machine as dmz and forwarded oport 80 on its ip. YYYYYYYYYYYY its poopy |

| Ok my isp is Charter communications in LA. But ive hosted a FTP server before and it worked with my friends in texas. |
