				| i have abyss installed: D:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\ and documents path as: D:\Documents and Settings\michael\My Documents\Programming\goFrance\
 
 abyss still shows the "Welcome to Abyss Web Server X1" page if i dont specify 127.0.0.1/index.html as the address
 
 any fix?

				| Just as a point of interest, I have my web site in an entirely different directory from the Abyss directory, left abyss/htdocs/, and it works for me. Did you restart the server?

 Force your browser to download the page from the server (and not from its cache) by pressing CTRL+Refresh .

 i did restart the server before that tho
