Hey, my friend showed me this program and at first I used it to host some of my files such as streaming mp3s and such. Well now I wanna host my own webpage. No matter what I change the Index File to my webpage won't load right. It comes up with the Index of / and you can click my webpage but I was wondering if there was anyway I can get it to load automatically.
Here is my site so you can see what I mean
http://tjb627.hopto.org
No matter what I change the index file to, that page comes up.
Please help |

Hi TJB627--
Do you have "index.html" (no quotes) added to in the control panel/server configuration/advanced/Index Files?
Let us know.

You did mean under Server Parameters right? If so, yes I do have it listed under there. But no matter what file I put under there, the page that loads never changes so as far as I can see, it doesn't really matter what file I put there. |

Yes, you are correct. I did mean "Server Parameters." Sorry.
Hey, that's weird. I think perhaps someone else will see something to help you.
Anyone?

You need to add "index.html" without the quotes
to your index table in your abyss console located
in the server parameters , it seems that you did
not type that in or it would have worked , also be
sure to restart the server when your done updating. |

Yeah, they have that feature on the other inputs (like virtual paths). _________________ Bienvenidos! |
