port 80 has a listening problem

i have installed abyss on my windows xp. i can access my localhost and localhost:9999. but when i try to start the abyss program i get the following error:

i have changed from localhost:9999 to localhost:10001. and now i can start the program but get the error above. it is not HALTED anymore. i think it all works at the first start up after installation. what do i have to do to solve the listening problem?

the problems i have had can be solved by starting Abyss web server manualy and not setting it to start at boot up. it all works now.
