I know there's been lots of people posting about how they are gonna be doing hosting and its powered by their abyss server but I am making up a site which I will hopefully go into production soon (it won't be powered by abyss once launched, but this mock-up is at the moment) ... just wondering your opinions (remember it's not done and I'm still fiddling with the hosting packages)

The navagation bar is nice but when you put your mouse over it it turns bold and the text becomes a bit messey...
Other than that, it's good.
Btw, great 404 page :D

I agree about the logo ... I admit it sucks cause I spent about 10 minutes making it lol but I have been trying to teach myself how to use photoshop and I will make another one in the future when I get some spare time ... here is my first sig banner I made with photoshop that I use in some RPG forums where I am known as Martin ...

The 404 error was some flash thing that a buddy showed me ... I just used it as my 404 cause I think it's funny

| LoL i was going through thinking how did you guys find my 404 error page but then I remembered I used to have Net2FTP going but it doesn't work all that great so I got rid of it ... thats why you get the 404 when you click the FTP link now lol. |

nice, looks like your woking hard to offer as much as you can.
still got to change your logo font. everything else is nice and clean which makes it harder to look at that choppy text.
nice job getting all that fuctionality set up :D |

I know my banner still looks like crap ... havn't gotten around to making it look CENSORED yet lol ...
Been working 6 days a week and will be until 2 weeks from now so I'm just doing what I can at night when I get home. But am getting little bits at a time done :)

moved it out of the hosting directory to the main site http://www.devoniawasteland.com
The main site I had before was for a game that was under development but it is dead now so I got rid of the site. |

Maybe... I use PS and it took me a while to make anything remotly decent.
It looks good though, and you don't need anything really fa ``±for a web hosting site.

| Can you guys still get to the site? I just set up smoothwall linux on my gateway box (I don't feel safe with a windows box protecting my network lol) and not sure if I set it up right lol ... it should be doing port forwarding and blocking ICMP pings (so you cant ping my address or ip) |

k good ... can't tell from inside the network.
So far I am LOVING smoothwall linux though .. if you guys got some junk computer (486 with 32mb ram will run it) or any spare one it is worth trying out. |

| right at the moment its limited to 24kilobytes per second but I'm planning on procuring a business DSL connection which will be alot better. The site isn't in production yet though until I get everything I need set up. |

| It's now on a linux apache server because some of my other .com sites hosted on the server are now in business which is why i took the "abyss powered website" link out of my signature ... the web hosting has sort have been put aside for now while I work on other priorities. I still use abyss on another machine to test things out and play around though :) |
