Unless you're asking a different question to what it sounds like you're asking...  You're asking if you can just make a cgi-bin in normal Windows XP user folders, or if you make make cgi bins in folders you've made for Abyss users? |

				any folder in htdocs can be used for cgi files as long as you add it in the cgi paths from the console. 
 
U could also set up an alias directory to anywhere on the server i think |
