| How would i be able to make a php forum similar to this one? o and i also need a chatroom where the moderator would be able to talk to only the next person in line and the others couldnt talk, i need it for an online chat support. |

Making a forum, such as this, requires extensive php and database knowledge.
Your best bet is to download and install one. This forum can be downloaded at
http://www.phpbb.com . It's easy to install and free.
For chatrooms, try going to http://www.hotscripts.com . They have dozens of scripts
to choose from. |

| I downloaded the forum from PHPBB but when i was installing i noticed that i requires a database. i have absolutely no experience or knowledge about databeses, what they do or what they are for. Could someone please refer me to a free database i can download and possibly some tutorials etc. thanks |
