im a newbie in webserver,php technology... pls help me... ive installed the abyss webserver properly and downloaded the php for windows and followed all instructions given. but when i try to launch my localhost .. this is the result:
Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

For more information about changing this behaviour or re-enabling this webserver, consult the installation file that came with this distribution, or visit the manual page.
any suggestions guys? thnx in advance! |

Hi--
Have you done the following?: (from the php install notes)
Enter REDIRECT_STATUS (with no leading or trailing spaces) in the Name field and 200 in the Value field and press OK.

hi.. ive done that also and followed instructions from manual.. still getting the same error... any other suggestions guys? thx in advance! |
