I have a question about this site: http://www.dslreports.com/wakeup . Does it really work? Can your computer be off and be woken up using the IP and MAC address? I don't know if a computer can actually turn on using this method... Reply wanted. Thanks

If your network card supports "Wake-on-LAN" and if you enable this feature (in BIOS or with in the card driver), this will work.

Any idea on how to configure the BIOS or network card to support the Wake On Lan feature?

This is card/system dependant. You should see your BIOS/network card manual or configuration screens to see if this option is available.
