Is there a good PHP portal that could be easily configured with Apprelium? I don't want to use phpNuke (arrgh) or postnuke or anything Nuke.. |

i would try http://www.mamboserver.com/ , there was even a commercial version some time ago, not today as it seems it is only under GPL. |

They have reviews and demos of over 20 cms portals.
My favorite is e107, which I'm in the process of re-configuring due to a crash on my system. |
