Does anyone know if Abyss can host Java? (ie .jnlp, ,jar, .java, etc) Or where I might find instructions for adding it to Abyss if it does. Thanks. :) _________________ -=Gatewayy=-

Isn't Java client side? Cause in that case you should be able to run it... |

Maybe you can use a Java interpreter? That way you can install it like you've installed Perl and PHP, because it will communicate with Abyss with the standard CGI protocol... |

If you want to program CGI using Java, that's possible, but you need some connector between Abyss andthe Java interpreter as well as a CGI class.
We have already a package that does that. If you mind, you can contact us at beta@aprelium.com to get a copy to test it (it will be released soon but we need testers). _________________ Support Team

I believed this question should be place in General descussion and not in Tutorial. Or make a new section like Java Issue.
Reason is - soon or later the true tutorial will be populate of problem question instead. Which will cause harder to find the tutorial for new user that need help. Then there no point of having separat section like General, Network, Php.. etc... section. _________________ CapFusion,... |
