I followed the instructions but Admin will not come up.

IP is 127.0.0.1 (localhost)

I'm only using server as a test bed for applications and scripts.

Please provide us with more details about your problem. What have you done, which tutorial have you followed to install PhpMyAdmin, what URL are you viewing?

I'm only set as defaults, 127.0.0.1
