OK, i'm following all instructions in implementing php in order to make my phpbb2 forum to work.
here is a screenshot of what i have

still, when trying to open a phpbb2 index.php , the browser is asking to save the index.php instead of opening the file.
PS: i switched from Key Focus web server to abyss, and in key focus it worked fine.

very common problem, if you go back to the configureation page (for the whole server) and click index files make sure index.php is added, also make sure in your extensions you have php (the image for both these pages is listed below:)
index.php image
Scripting set-up
(they can take a moment to load :D)
ALSO: Take out the custom veriables and, for the php in the interface it shouldnt be FASTCGI (local-pipes) i just use CGI/ISAPI and ive had no problems :D IMAGE HERE
