This is probably easier to show than to explain so, if you look at the "play hard, play smart, compete" banner on the first link, and then look at the same thing on the second link, you will notice the second one is wider. The first is a animated gif that is 808pixles wide. The second is a flash file that is 808pixles wide. If they are both the same pixels, why does the flash object appear wider on the page?

Actually it's the first link (gif) that's wider. Viewed in IE and Firefox.
"View Page Source" shows that you have the width attribute at 100%. |

Thanks. It was actually that the gif was 100%, and the flash files was set to a hard coded number. |
