I am not sure how to set up a shell account but next time you post a message be nice enough to ask in your subject a full question. Look at my subject line and you'll see what I mean...

How do I, can mean a million things and is poor etiquette. I am not cracking on you but it'll get the guys who know to look at your question quicker and for those who don't to move on.

Good luck :)

A shell account means an access to the command line of your computer to run things remotely on it. This has nothing to do with aweb server.
Shell accounts are a usual (and natural) thing with UNIX family systems.

Deledar, Shell accounts, as aprelium said are not related to webservers, at least not when they're being set up, inform that person that for a "Shell Account" they'll need to contact their ISP.
