ok, i was fiddleing around with my ports to see if that ould help me get my domain name up. And i changed my port, and i screwed everything up. Now, i have to enter my own ip address to access it, before, i was able to type in my wan:port and i would be fine, but now its goes lan:port
does anyone have a suggestion, cause im really pissed, and i need all the help i can get to get it back up |

You can start by giving us more detail about what you did.
Where did you change the ports? What screen? etc, etc. |

ok, i changed my port at the abyss client, it was for the website.
now, i reset everything, heres what i did
abyss website port:100
abyss client port:9999
I set my my router by allowing those ports
and when i type in 209.121.44.92:100, it doesnt work
is there anything i missed, or should change?
oh, and i reinstalled abyss x1 and it didn't seem to work |

thanks, i got it to work with port 80, i had to set my port type to TCP. Thanks for the help

ok, i think i figured it out, i had the router for that port set to TCP, and i changed to to both, so it should work now |

try now
if it doesn't work, shoud i make the port for UDp, would that make a difference, or should i continue using TCp? |

I have my router all set up and my zoneedit.com account, im just woundering if the abyss thing has anything to do with it. Do i have to allow people to go to my site? |
