Until yesterday Access Control worked fine.
Today, Access Control give me 404 error!
Why?
Can you help me?

Give us the exact details on what you've tried, and what combination of settings causes 404 errors.

Tell us also if there is a custom error page set for error 401 (or a default error page)?

Yes. There is a custom error page set for error 401.

So it seems that the page you have associated with does not exist. Try browsing it directly in the browser to check if it its path is spelled correctly. Alternatively use Browse near the virtual path of the custom error associated with 401 to locate the correct error page in your site.
