You already have one if you are posting on this forum. Check your routers config on the status page for it.
If not then go to www.abyssunderground.co.uk/ip and get your ip there. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

Well we dont really know what problems you are having so we cant give you much help. It does help if you know what you are doing and what you are talking about before asking the questions. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

I have but it seams that it only says about how to use the server itself I think and not on how to put it on the web and stuff or does it??? _________________ This signature is getting old |

So basicly what I need to do now is find out how to use the WAN IP i have now on my server.
Can you not tell how to do it or is it more complicated than that or don't you know??? _________________ This signature is getting old |

This is long winded but here we go:
Access you routers console. Find port forwarding. Forward port 80 to your LAN IP (get this by going to start, run, "cmd", "ipconfig" IP Address). Enter it in the port forwarding box.
Go to www.abyssunderground.co.uk/ip to get your WAN IP. Put it into your internet browser address bar and hey presto. It should work. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

so when I type my LAN IP I goes to port 80 and therefore go to the server?
Am I right???? _________________ This signature is getting old |

127.0.0.1, LAN IP and WAN IP should all show your website if everything is working properly. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

I just tride my LAN IP and that works and so does 127.0.0.1
so when I forward the port It should let my WAN IP work too.
right? _________________ This signature is getting old |
