As a general rule, you should refer to the documentation of the script you want to insatll to know how to set it up on your computer.

You can try my ossquite tutorial to get it up and running quickly on Windows... It might seem really long but it is really short... I tried explainig to the newbies as I went along with it...
You can find out more about ossuite at http://www.ossuite.org or you can try a very popular commerce package called oscommerce... You can find out more about it at http://www.oscommerce.org
A good place to start searching for scripts might be http://www.phpresourceindex.com or http://www.hotscripts.com
As Aprelium said, it is and should be a general rule to ask your script specific questions to the creators of the script... I had a case where if I didn't ask the creator of one script I would have gone crazy because the script was completely incompatible with my setup...
Tell us if you already installed Agora cart... Would you like to write a tutorial or quick guide on it? Tell us if you moved on or just if your got the problem solved... Thanks :)

| I got it working, all I had to do was deleted a line in the original cgi that the instructions told me specifically not to delete... hmmm, weird isn't it, otherwise it was all common sense but that one line of code that had me stuck for 2 days. |
