phpmyadmin problem

I have just reinstalled Abyss Web server having re built my hard disk.
I've installed PHP Version 5.0.4 and all seems fine.

MySql installed ok.

I have installed PhpMyAdmin and I get the following error:

No input file specified.

I've followed the excellent tutorial at: http://www.trustabyss.com/

phpinfo.php using:
<?php phpinfo(); ?>

shows PHP installed ok.

But I cant get phpmyadmin or e107 to install properly.
Obviously missing a trick somewhere!

Any ideas?
