Let me say that after using Apache for a few months I tried abyss and I must say it rocks. I wonder if is as goon on security as apache. ANyway here is my problem.
I have successfully installed one domain.com and it's pointing to my main htdocs folder and works a treat but... what I want to do is to get another domain lets say domain2.com to point to an alias say /aliasfolder but I don't want to use frame forwarding but do it properly so when going to www.domain2.com it actually is /aliasfolder so in turn domain2.com/subfolder would be /aliasfolder/subfolder
Any ideas?
By the way for those of who don't know this you can purchase your own domain and manage it free dns (supports dynamic too) on www.zonedit.com so you can actualy have www.yourdomain.com pointing to your home server even if it's on broadband with a dynamic IP. I even run my own mail server with zonedit.
Thanks guys |
