What exactly are you after, we could give you 100's of different combinations before we hit the right one... _________________ Olly |

Pretty much one that looks decent and isn't a bunch of <a href="*"></a> type ones stacked on top of each other (I already have that). Preferably in HTML or something similar - I just took php off mine because it crashed my computer. |

I've been writing VB since I was 7, C++ since I was 11 ( I had an early version). I just started writing HTML last year and haven't put much into it until now. |

Well, you usually learn HTML a long time before VB and C++ and whatever. Anyway, if you want a nice-looking menu with some nice animations, i suggest you to use flash. |

Can you show my any program you've created using VB or C++? I really start to think that you have no skills at all. |

No can do - All of the rights to my software already are owned, and unless you want to pay for it, I don;t want to put my program online free and rip other people off. |

When he says "show" he means screenshot, link, etc. |

Sophisticated!
You need to have your image on the Internet first. |

It is - Not all of the code is displaying. I think my firewall is blocking it (All internet uploads go thorugh it, because the file is on my webserver and it is trying to link to it) |

I've doubt youve been writing VB since your were 7, because you would've had to learn BASIC first, unless you were super smart (your recent post makes my point valid). Even at that age, maybe 9 or 10. And there is no "early version" of C++. Its been the same for the years Ive known it, unless your talking about C. And if you know those programming langauges, you should be able to learn HTML in almost a week because HTML code is easy to pick up on. <tag> </endtag>.

Could you at least explain what they do?

Hey there buddy, they have to be put onto the internet first before we can see them. You have to hit your printscreen button, and copy it into a program like photoshop and export it.

If its displaying on your computer, then you have bigger problems than making a navigation bar for your website :). _________________

http://css.maxdesign.com.au is a very interesting site where you can find many tutorials explaining how to use CSS.
http://css.maxdesign.com.au/listamatic/ contains several explained examples of naviagtion bars using HTML and CSS only (no Javascript, no Flash). _________________ Support Team

So P3, did you do any screenshots? If you can't display them on the forum, upload them to my private directory at the URL http://cmx.winxtreme.se/upload .
It allows JPG, GIF, BMP and ZIP to be uploaded. |

Funny that, VB was introduced in the early 90's, whilst C++ was around from the mid 80's. How old are you exactly? |

Thank you Aprelium.
Also -
cmxflash - My sever is running fine. I am here for suggestions and what not, not help. (At least for now)
k1ll3rdr4g0n - I know how to write HTML... I learned BASIC in about a week. I had used an early C++ version (it was one of the betas that was released first) because my computer only supported that one. I had a cruddy computer.
Arctic - I really don't appreciate the fact that you're talking to me like I'm stupid. I know how to write BBCode, that was an Alternate tag if the imade didn't load. |

Oh! Silly me! I never knew that the BBcode had an alternate tag for the images! Maybe because, gasp, it doesn't?!

BBcode, as far as I know, has no ALT for the images. Perhaps using your 1337 knowledge of BBcode you could demonstrate to me how to make it, hmm?

Can you upload a screenshot on one of "your programs"?
Or even send it too me, I can pay for a license to it. Whatever it is. |

a C++ complier, as far as I know, will run on any computer just as long as it can understand ASM coding, unless your talking in terms of compliers, cause C++ was around from whenever I can remember (at the earliest C/C++ compliers where DOS based). And you proved my point, if you learned BASIC in a week, then you can learn HTML quicker cause its not even a langauge and the syntax is a lot less compliated than BASIC.

Nevermind - I used some info. I got on abyssunderground.co.uk about the iframe function, and got a navigation bar up & running. |
