| I have 2 servers, one is a laptop that I use on LAN-parties to share warez and files, the other one is my regular server. Is it okay if i use my Abyss X2 licens on both computers? |

I think it is OK as long as only one of them is connected to the internet. When you buy X2 you are only paying for one liscense.
Maybe Aprelium will tell us otherwise...?

Well, we acturly have a 1 GBit/s connection at the LAN-party...
The reason I'm not using X1 is because I need to limit the bandwidth to all .ISO files. |

As with most software, the license you bought "authorizes you to install and use the software on a single computer at a time. It also grants you the right to use the software for an unlimited period of time. " (from http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/x2/ ).
In the license (Console > About), you can find:

It is also agreed that the License granted to the LICENSEE is non-transferable. LICENSEE may not use the SOFTWARE on more than one computer terminal at the same time.

So as the Inquisitor said, all is fine as long as you use it on a single computer at a time.
