I host my own website but due to it being on my own PC, I can't garantee it will be on/available 24/7. At least with the likes of freewebs, it is available 24/7!

I think you will find it is FREE. Click the big "SIgn Me Up" button, it will only take a few minutes of your time! It ain't a bad package for hosting a little website and a few files :-)

I've seen that content manager somewhere before! Its the same on I use, just unmodified. http://www.m3ezw.co.uk/edit.php for the link. (P.S you need to login so you cant hack it :P)
