Problems With access Network

I have a network with 3 PCs and 1 DVR. My conectio is something like this:

|-Pc2(192.168.0.3)
|-DVR.(192.168.0.4)

I share internet with Proxy+ and have Norton Internet Security. My problem is i want put the Page of DVR as link in my Page or like index page. I try everything but nothing work.

Sorry.... But i find how to put the page of DVR in WEB server... Thanks anyway.
