I am using no-ip software... how do i forward my ip to the no-ip account i made. I tried it but when i try to browse my site using the no-ip.com the browser pop up the user name and password for my routers config page... when i cancel it it says 401 forbidden... please help me... thanks in advance

neo_ragnarok, welcome to the forums.
You have to forward port 80 (or whatever port Abyss is set to) on your router.
What model of router are you using? |

i am using smc barricade smc7401bra v2... thanks for the nice welcome... oh btw is it the console port...

No, not the console port. Your server port. (located in Server Configuration)
Check out this page to set up port forwarding on that particular router...

OK....i can view it now! what is the size of the flash animation? what speed internet connection do you have? these are probably the two of the main things that could be affecting the load speed of your website! let me know.

well i have a 512/256 adsl the size of that animation is 994kb wow kinda big... so i guess i'll try something much smaller i guess

Yep, i would definatly advise something smaller, maybe half the size? or a third the size? it does load verrrrry slow! if i can be any more help to you don't hesitate to ask but, i'm off to bed now! it's 2:11 AM here!!! see ya!
