First, download Mercury/32. Then, run it, and set up a user account (in the "Local Users" option). Mercury/32 is usually configured right out of the box, although you should also add your domain name to the list of allowed domains if it isn't already configured from the initial setup. You can just run through all the options, and see which ones you want on or off.
