has anyone used guppy (miniportail) to run a portal/cms?

and have it working with abyss and php?

I tried to install it a few months ago but couldn't get past the first page.
(My French is a little "rusty" :D )

But since then, they've added English to it and seems easy enough to install.
Just drop the folder into your htdocs and go to it in your browser. No database needed.

ADDED -
Ok, just tried it and still can't get past the French dialog or the first installation page. :cry:

Why don't you try e107? Take a look at my site for an idea of it.

i have it partially working ....but the english module to turn it into english
refuses to load in english ....it just stays in the french module.....

also the .inc files and some offsets are screwed up.

i have made sure .inc files are interpreted by the php interpretor.

any help would be good .

almost there but not quite.

after playing with :wink: guppy for awhile i have it working at 95% with the english language working....if anyone is interested .
