That's an open ended question!
What operating platform are you running?
Most Linux, FreeBSD and other web servers have Sendmail installed.
If you are running Windows or Mac, I'd recommend Download.com.
Then in the search parameter type in mail server.
You can then pick what works best for YOUR system.

I have had the worst nightmare with mail servers...
Until I met Mercury Mail Server. For windows, this mail server can do it all, and it actually works. IMAP, POP3, SMTP, whatever you want. www.p-mail.com
